I’ve played through the DLC (which took just less than an hour) and I find myself with the same thoughts I had at the conclusion of the Force Unleashed II — it was all right, but it was repetitive, occasionally annoying, and glitchy. If you enjoyed The Force Unleashed 2, don’t worry too much about tossing this buck in the direction of LucasArts. If you were bored or frustrated with it, avoid this DLC.
That said, the content does give you some awesome moments as it tweaks the scenes we know so well. How would Starkiller’s presence affect the battle of Endor? We know, and we picked the choice moments for you to see.
But, be forewarned, these videos are filled with SPOILERS.
In Return of the Jedi, Han and Chewy make it to the shield station, ward off the bad guys, and all is well. Here, they’re doing fine until Starkiller shows up. Then? Not so much.
If you played the original Force Unleashed’s DLC, you know Luke falls by Starkiller’s hand. When this happens, it’s hinted that Leia’s going to pick up the lightsaber. Guess what? She did just that.
Luke couldn’t beat Starkiller, and although she’s got some sick new Jedi moves, neither can Leia. Watch her go down swinging.
